Professional Cleaner

Part-Time

Residential and commercial cleans across the Denver Metro area. You will be the face of our company in our clients' homes, so attention to detail and dependability matter more than anything else.

$20 to $25 per hour equivalent (paid per job)

What you will do

  • Standard, deep, deluxe, and elite level residential cleans
  • Move-in and move-out cleans, turnovers, and listing prep
  • Occasional support on other company services
  • Final walkthrough with the client when the client is present

What we are looking for

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel the full Denver Metro area
  • Dependable, on time, and able to follow a detailed checklist
  • Comfortable being versatile across our different service lines
  • Cleaning experience preferred, willingness to be trained required

Lead Professional Cleaner

Part-Time

Our leads run the job, set the standard, and answer for the finished product. This role also carries quality assurance duties, which means walkthroughs and inspections on new client, deep clean, and move-out jobs.

Hours: Hours fluctuate. This position can run part-time or full-time depending on the week, the schedule, and the volume of work, and it can move back and forth between the two.

$24 to $30 per hour equivalent (paid per job, plus lead and inspection pay)

What you will do

  • Lead the crew on site and keep the job on schedule
  • Pre-appointment walkthroughs to confirm scope, condition, and staffing
  • Quality assurance inspections and correcting anything that misses the mark
  • Training and coaching newer cleaners
  • Reporting job notes and issues back to management

What we are looking for

  • Prior cleaning experience required, lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication with both clients and crew
  • Available for a schedule that can shift week to week

Handyman

PRN / On-Call

As-needed work supporting our cleaning company and our property management group. You are called when a job comes up, you take the ones that fit your schedule, and there is no set weekly commitment.

$25 to $45 per hour depending on scope and skill level

What you will do

  • Small repairs, patching, drywall, and interior painting
  • Flooring repairs, fixture swaps, and general punch list work
  • Property turnover and make-ready work on managed properties
  • Occasional exterior and light maintenance tasks

What we are looking for

  • Own tools and reliable transportation
  • Experience across multiple trades preferred
  • Able to respond quickly when a job comes up
  • Clean, professional work in occupied and vacant properties

Good to Know Before You Apply

  • We service the entire Denver Metro area, so travel is a requirement of every position.
  • We do not pay mileage because we provide a company vehicle. Using it requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years. You are also welcome to drive your own vehicle instead.
  • Drive time between job sites is paid, and longer drives carry an added incentive.
  • Our hiring process ends with a paid working interview so we both know it is the right fit.
