Our Specialty
Looking for Property Management, Handyman Services or Home Repairs?
We are more than a cleaning company. Through Black Oak Property Group, our property management company, we manage properties, handle repairs and renovations, prep homes for the market, and show them for realtors and owners. One team, one invoice, one point of contact.
Property Management
Full-service management for landlords, investors, and owners. Tenant placement, rent collection, and ongoing care.
Handyman & Home Repairs
Drywall, flooring, doors, screens, fixtures, and punch-list work. Mild to moderate repairs handled in house.
Interior Painting & Make-Ready
Painting, patching, and turnover work that gets a unit rent-ready or market-ready.
Showings for Realtors
We show rentals and listed homes on your behalf and send written feedback after every showing.
Listing Prep & Home Staging
Clean, repair, stage, and photograph-ready before your listing goes live.
Inspections & Condition Reports
Move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections with photo documentation on every visit.
A recent example
An owner preparing to sell brought us in before the home ever hit the market. We walked the property, built the scope, worked directly alongside her broker, handled interior painting and repairs, staged and prepped the home for photos, and ran the showings for the realtor. That is the level of service our property clients get, whether it is one home or a full portfolio.
